Refund & Return Policy
Please read this carefully before placing your order.
1. Our Return Window
We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery only.
2. When We Accept a Return
We will accept a return only in the following situations:
- The product was damaged during transit — visibly broken, cracked, or leaking when it arrived
- The product was already opened or tampered with before delivery — the seal was broken before you opened the outer packaging
- You received the wrong product — a different product was delivered to you by mistake
- The product arrived in a condition that was clearly not fit for use — due to a packaging or manufacturing defect
In all of these cases, we take full responsibility and we will make it right for you.
3. When We Do Not Accept a Return
We are a health supplement brand and we take product safety seriously. To protect the health of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns in the following situations:
- The product seal has been opened by the customer
- The product has been used, partially consumed, or tampered with after delivery
- The return request is made after 3 days from the delivery date
- The reason for return is a change of mind, personal preference, or the product did not meet personal taste expectations
- The product was purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless it arrived damaged or tampered)
- The packaging shows no visible damage and the product was delivered in good condition
4. How to Raise a Return Request
If your return falls under our accepted reasons, here is how to reach us:
- Your order number
- Your full name and delivery address
- A clear photo or short video of the damaged, tampered, or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue
5. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and verify the condition:
- Your refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving and approving the returned item
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account
We will keep you informed at every step. You will hear from us — we will not leave you waiting without an update.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, tampered, or wrong product) — we will bear the return shipping cost
- If the return is for any other approved reason — the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges
7. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If your return is approved, we will process a refund and you are welcome to place a new order.
8. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@liyawellness.com and we will do our best to help — but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order is in processing.
