7.3 Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order.

7.4 Risk of Loss

Once the product has been handed over to our logistics partner and a tracking number has been shared with you, the risk of loss or damage in transit is managed through our return and refund policy. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for details.
